Watch a FlexoBuild Prefabricated Kit Home Take Shape

One of the key advantages of the FlexoBuild prefabricated home building kit system is the speed and efficiency of construction. In the time-lapse video below, you can watch a FlexoBuild home structure being assembled on site using our precision-engineered structural panel system.

FlexoBuild homes are delivered to the site in a flat-pack configuration and installed by experienced local contractors who are members of the FlexoConnect® network. These contractors are familiar with the FlexoBuild system and are responsible for managing the entire construction process, from site preparation through final interior completion.

Because the structural components are pre-engineered and manufactured in advance, the main structure of a FlexoBuild home can typically be erected in as little as four to five days. The installation process uses standard construction tools and does not require large cranes or major equipment, allowing the home to be assembled efficiently even in backyard locations with limited access.

Once the structural assembly is complete, the FlexoConnect contractor continues with the remaining work required to bring the home to move-in condition. This includes interior framing, mechanical and electrical services, plumbing connections, insulation, drywall, interior finishes, and coordination of municipal inspections.

In most cases, a FlexoBuild home can be fully completed and ready for occupancy within approximately four to six weeks, depending on site conditions and finishing selections. The FlexoConnect network ensures that every FlexoBuild home is installed by qualified local professionals who understand both the construction system and the municipal requirements in their region, providing homeowners with a streamlined and reliable path from delivery to finished home.
