Daniel is a seasoned manufacturing engineer, entrepreneur, and sales and marketing professional with nearly 40 years of experience in industrial manufacturing and distribution. Originally from the UK, he began his career as an apprentice toolmaker in aerospace manufacturing, earning recognition for his problem-solving skills, manufacturing expertise, and customer-focused approach. Today, Daniel leads all sales and marketing initiatives for FlexoBuild.

Minimal Access Requirements
A significant advantage of FlexoBuild home installation kits is that the whole kit can be walked through a garden gate. FlexoBuild home kits can be installed in very limited access areas without the use of cranes or heavy equipment. In fact if you can walk to the intended site, you can install a FlexoBuild home. Backyard, lake front, middle of a forested area. Minimal access from FlexoBuild.
No Heavy Equipment Required
FlexoBuild homes are designed for installation without the need for heavy equipment such as cranes. This approach reduces noise, minimizes costs associated with specialized machinery and operators, and speeds up the assembly process. Additionally, it eliminates the need for highly skilled heavy equipment operators, allowing local general contractors or small teams to handle the installation efficiently, even in areas with limited access.

Contrary to conventional site-built construction, factory pre-manufacturing can overlap site development and foundation phases, resulting in significant reduction in project timeline hence lower overhead and holding costs. More importantly, since manufacturing activities occur within a controlled environment, we also offer our clients improved cost control and predictability.

The building envelope - the physical barrier between the interior and exterior of a home - plays a crucial role in energy efficiency. Insulated structural steel panels create a tight, well-sealed building envelope that minimizes air leakage. Our pre-finished exterior steel cladding comes coated with a baked enamel paint designed for timeless enjoyment. FlexoBuild offers a number of standard colours available in various combinations providing a unique taste for each application

Energy efficiency is a critical consideration for housing developments. The panels' core, made from expanded high-performance polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam insulation encased within durable steel layers. This structure forms a continuous thermal barrier, significantly reducing heat transfer through walls, roofs, and floors reducing energy costs. Optimized Shipping, Logistics & Interference
The FlexoBuild home kits are expedited in a ‘flat-pack” configuration optimized for maximum capacity without the need for any special road permits. Through our optimized loading sequencing, the number of loads is greatly reduced resulting in lower transportation costs and simplified on-site traffic logistics. In addition, a closely coordinated delivery schedule eliminates the need for large laydown areas. Also, the pre-finished, lightweight panels reduce the number of building products you traditionally need to source and ship to site. The reduction of site man-hours also minimizes multi-trades interference especially on projects where space is limited, hence improving overall productivity.
